Damiani Jewellers Hosts Highly Successful Grand Re-Opening for Newly-Remodeled Showroom

A treasured member of the local community, Damiani Jewellers recently announced the grand re-opening of their showroom with a full day of festivities at their store.

The event — which took place on Thursday, November 8 — was a celebration the whole community could enjoy. After a ribbon cutting ceremony in the morning, Damiani’s newly-renovated location was open for the public to enjoy. Special deals, raffles, refreshments, and giveaways were offered all day long; media coverage of the event was provided by 105.9 The Region and Snapd Vaughan.

Vaughan’s very own Rosanna DeFrancesca and Tony Carella, the Ward 3 Councillor and Ward 2 Councillor respectively, made an appearance for the ribbon cutting. Meanwhile, Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua and Parliament member Francesco Sorbara also sent their congratulations to the staff of Damiani Jewellers.

After the daytime activities came to an end, Damiani hosted a VIP cocktail reception for over 150 of their closest friends, family members, and devoted clients. The celebration took six months of planning and preparation with à trois EVENTS, with Laura Damiani and Michelle Moreal at the helm.

That night, Peter and Paul’s Event Catering provided delicious meals for the guests, with wine donated from Magnotta Winery to accompany the food.

“Thank you to everyone that brought us congratulatory flower arrangements, sweets, and gifts,” said Moreal, in response to the huge turnout for Damiani’s grand reopening. “We also want to thank everyone who came out to support us throughout the day.”
