APPRAISALS

Damiani Jewellers offers on-site appraisals and insurance replacement estimates on jewellery and watches. Call us to book an appointment with our GIA Certified Gemologist.

100% REFUND

We will gladly refund (in original tender) merchandise within 7 days of purchase, or issue an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by an original receipt, or they will not be accepted.

If the security tag is removed from select merchandise, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the refund or exchange.

For gift returns, we will issue an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a gift receipt. Any returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as a store credit.

Sale items, custom orders, engraved, altered items or Rolex purchases are final sale.
